Waves
My have these last 3 months flown by. April is just a day away. Life is good. I definitely feel blessed. It seems like everything in my life comes in waves. When I refer to waves it means how things come and go or have its ups and downs. I see the people in different friends and family in waves. Some weeks have been harder than others, while others have been easy and fun. It’s definitely kept me on my toes.
I like my new job so far. I’ve had my fair share of stressful days, but with each challenge I continue to learn a lot. I love working day shift and being on a normal circadian rhythm. I’m am grateful to have a job and I intend to make the most of it, one day at a time.
I’ve been reuniting with friends over the past 4 months. Each time is bittersweet. It definitely makes me feel the footprint each person has left on my heart. I’m amazed by how many good friends I have all over the world. I love them and miss them all. Not to mention the friends who are near by still far, meaning live close by but still don’t see much anymore. We all are growing up to have busy lives. It’s a challenge to juggle various friends and family, but no matter what I know I will find a way to be more connected to them.
Now that it’s been more than 6 months since I moved back home, it’s been a good thing. I love that I get to hang out with my family more and that I get to be involved in their lives. I love being around to help babysit my nephews and how we love playing with each other. I couldn’t be a happier ninang.
I went to Newport beach with my friends today and we went bike riding. I love days when I’m surrounded by people I love doing fun activities outdoors whether spending a day at the park, hiking up one the scenic hikes in LA, biking beach side, playing in the snow, walking around a nice neighborhood looking at all the nice houses, snowboarding when it’s in season, or swimming at someone’s pool. I look forward to having more fun days like this in 2011.
